In both Samara and Carrillo, you can expect near-constant sunshine and the typical tropical climate, which includes both a dry and a rainy season. The dry season typically runs from around the start of December to the end of April, while the wet season typically runs from around the beginning of May to the end of November. 

September and October are the rainiest months. A typical rainy day consists of sunny and hot mornings followed by cloudy skies and occasional showers in the late afternoons and evenings.
